Theresa May delays Brexit vote in face of certain defeat The Sun

UPDATE: Theresa May is expected to make a statement to the House of Commons at 15:30.

THERESA May is today set to SCRAP the Commons vote on her Brexit deal in a humiliating climbdown.

MPs were due to vote on the withdrawal agreement tomorrow night.

But as she faced a huge defeat with dozens of MPs rebelling, Mrs May is expected to pull the planned vote.

The PM will make an announcement to the House of Commons this afternoon where she will lay out the next steps.

It's not yet clear when, if ever, the Brexit deal vote will end up taking place instead...
