THERESA May was today hit by a Brexiteer rebellion as more than a dozen ministers teamed up to hijack the crunch vote on No Deal.
The PM will tonight enrage many Tory MPs by backing a delay to our EU exit - rather than quitting without a deal on March 29.
Even Mrs May's allies admitted the move will massively split the party - complaining: "We're totally f***ed."
Hours before the vote, Mrs May was forced into a climbdown over a Brexiteer "Plan B" as ministers warned her they would quit if ordered to vote against it.
As many as 15 members of the Government told the PM she must offer a free vote on an amendment which would see Britain strike a transition agreement with the EU even in a No Deal scenario.
Pro-Brexit ministers are furious that Remainers have had their own way in Cabinet over recent months.
The clash is a sign of how powerless Mrs May is to hold her warring Government together even as the clock ticks on the Brexit process.
