THERESA May today struck a last-minute deal with Tory rebels as she fought off a plot to delay Brexit.
The Prime Minister held out an olive branch to hardline Brexiteers - promising to confront Brussels and demand changes to the withdrawal agreement.
Eurosceptic Tories and the DUP agreed to back Mrs May in her bid to axe the hated Irish backstop and secure support for a new version of her deal.
Meanwhile the PM is scrambling to defeat a motion backed by anti-Brexit campaigners would see Britain STAY in the EU rather than quit without a deal.
The amendment, tabled by Labour's Yvette Cooper, could pass tonight as Jeremy Corbyn has ordered all his MPs to support the plan.
Today the Commons is debating the way forward on Brexit in the wake of the PM's historic defeat earlier this month.
Speaker John Bercow has selected seven amendments, each dictating a different course of action, to be voted on from 7pm tonight…
